A smooth tallow balm for dry, cracked skin.

How to get your soft skin back; gently buff dry rough skin with a body brush, pumice or an emery board, then shower, massage with Heel Softly.

You don't need to get it smooth on day one, the combination of regular buffing, and massaging with Heel Softly will bring your skin back to healthy strong without becoming raw.

Foot Soak; Get a container big enough for your feet to fit comfortably in, fill it with warm or cool water to suit the season, with half a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar in it, soak your feet daily. Make it even better by lining the bottom of the container with rounded stones, gently move your feet over the stones and enjoy the massage.

I really like soaking my feet whilst I work at a computer, I find it soothing, it helps regulate my temperature, just make sure your container is wide enough to allow your legs to be hip width apart, we want optimal circulation through the groin for healthy sitting. Citrus essential oils do increase photo-sensitivity, enhancing the effect of the sun, so this product is best used at night before bed, which is a lovely time to enjoy the uplifting and soothing aromatic effects of this heeling product.
