At some point we need to stop remedying to ‘create’ health.

How do we move from looking outside for the answers?

How can we stop relying on external experts?

How do we remember we are capable of bringing our own insides into balance?

When we start moving with respect to our own range of motion, with judgement free observation of our breath we are our true potential. We are our own circulation of balanced energy flow, we are effortless strength and we are pulsed by our own unique, complete and natural breath every time.

We are blissfully thoughtless in our body functioning well, and our mind is free to roam and create whilst being thoughtlessly grounded.

We are incomparable when we stand in our True Potential.

Our internal environment is made up of all of our organ systems, overseen by our nervous system, and if anything is not working, everything is not working.

How this expresses will be unique for each of us, but why it expresses is the same.

Our internal environment is the home/expression/creation of our energetic aspects, every thought, emotion, connection runs through us, and vibrates from us.

Energetically our fields all circulate through our physical body, and our energetic circulation is impacted by our physical circulation.

There is no separation.

Every time we seek to fix or feel different (the result being better or worse), we step further away from being the response or refinement we need to make to no longer need fixing.

We would make refinements based on what we are hearing/feeling within ourselves.

Every time we feel ourselves, with unconditional love, full acceptance and self-respect, we peel a superficial layer of tension off and go deeper within. It is the scene from the 80's movie, Labyrinth, when she is falling down the tunnel filled with hands holding her back… can you imagine the uncomfortable situation if she had chosen 'up'?

Down is internal work, it is scary, but it is ours.

UP, well that is trying to control the external world, and then get it to fix you.

If we look at the effect choosing to rely on remedies and external experts has on us, as a whole being, there is no difference between; self-medicating with alcohol, relying on weekly alternate therapies, using pharmaceuticals, or awaiting the next great invention, diet, scientific breakthrough or technology like ‘med beds’ that are going to heal all our ills.

The pissed off people out there waiting for them to stop withholding healing technology from us makes me laugh, because we are the highest form of technology, if we knew that we wouldn't need healing.

If we need a remedy, then there is something we can stop doing to release the cause of the symptom we are experiencing/creating. If we look outside of us, each remedy will provide a moments relief, a delightful/dramatic distraction from the message/symptom we do not want to take responsibility for; and activate enough of a trauma response within us to make us feel better.

The feeling better will wear off, we will need to go back for another hit, or start seeking again.

Treatments often make us feel disconnected from ourselves, and they can take us places we are not ready for, which means when we return to everyday life, we plummet back into our habits, which is a trauma response, that gives us a high or energy hit.

If we are exhausted or elated by a treatment, we are being drained, because the block will only release when we feel safe, as soon as we stand up, the habitual tension that keeps us upright, that has become subconscious to keep us safe, will activate.

What exactly is a healthy human being?

With all I have felt and observed within myself and others, I often find myself wondering what a healthy human being is. If we stop doing all of the things we do to create health, wellness, fight ageing, create mental stability, build strength/flexibility, what will happen to us?

But we also don’t need to go down the expected route of aging, which is sold to us based on the studies of unhealthy human bodies.

There is a space between, the space of emptiness, which is you as your own energy pump. When you rest, in motion, in your unique space of emptiness, it will expand.

The action of what we are choosing to do to create something better is confirmation that we are not good enough right now, right now is the moment we build on, so with that belief we are building not good enough.

Accepting ourselves exactly as we are, of our own creation, allows for holistic and considerate expansion. We gain more of ourselves without draining ourselves, others or the environment.

At this stage, a healthy human being is one who unconditionally accepts and loves their state, and in the beginning of that, none of us will look like we are ‘meant’ to, based on the current scientifically backed information.

If we don’t know what a healthy human being is, what are they testing for?

Seek and you shall find.

Feel and you shall feel what you can do to change what you feel.

The acceptable levels for tests are constantly changing and what they test for is constantly changing, yet the health of the world is still not improving.

What are they comparing the test results to? Where do these acceptable levels come from?

As far as I can figure out, never in many thousands of years has anyone had a healthy human body to set expected health levels from, which means their base level of health from scientific observation, is unhealthy.

Human guinea pigs have been used, but the fear in these people would have had their systems completely shut down, and then as soon as you cut someone, the systems are severed.

War and religion is widespread fear, once we have endured any book or leader that was chosen, if we have been invaded, if we have invaded through force, a habitual energy drain within each person was begun. Each of the followers/warriors as well as those who did not choose this book or leader (the oppressed), or those who chose differently, with each forceful experience, they have set energetic blocks that impact how the physical being functions, and these blocks are carried through the generations.

Generational blocks are subconscious muscle tensions which create energetic imbalance, strengths and weaknesses, compromised breathing, and that is the vibration we are, the vibration we are surrounded by and the vibration we seek.

The vibration we seek means we are still choosing books and leaders, we are choosing certifications and identities, because it is the language we have within us, the language of the external expert.

The fight has consumed everyone and is ongoing, because it’s replicated and kept active within each us, with every move we make, and every posture we hold.

The replication can be heard in every fashionable health modality, where they are still using the language of control and fear to keep us from ourselves, and it is often dressed up in a caring or positive tone. That is where the money is.

Are they all doing it on purpose, no, this is the unconscious vibration we all have, and it is how we survive in this cultural/social/political time.

A good business plan relies on repeat customers, and if we empower our clients to look after themselves, if we help them remember they are the technology they need, then they don’t need to come back.

Healthy clients who can look after themselves is my dream.

You are able to live your life well in a way that looks after the earth, reduces waste, supports local farmers and producers, and integrates into any community without losing yourselves. These are repercussions you cannot avoid, as once you start living this way within, because once you feel yourselves, you are able to feel the effect of every choice you make, and every dollar you spend.

As above, so below.

As within, so without.

Once someone has themselves and needs for no healing or fixing, (it is not about being perfect, it is about being you) there is space to help the next person remember.

But the vibrational impact is greater, as once someone has remembered themselves, their vibration impacts their family, friends, environment and community.

The body never lies, and the body creates our vibration thoughtlessly, if we are in physical balance.

But, how we move and hold our body means we are currently at war within ourselves. The language of control and fear has become our vibration as our muscles and bones are not working in harmony.

Harmony between our muscles and bones is balance between divine masculine and divine feminine.

Harmony is when our physical being is resting heavily on the earth, and supported by the weight of gravity.

To bring this balance into our being, we need to spend time feeling our body, feeling the irritation and pain that is the message telling us we have subconscious muscle tension, which is overriding our bones, and lifting our body off the earth.

Muscles overriding bones is a really messy, layer upon layer of feminine being masculinised which undermines the true masculine and feminine. It is painful on every level, and neither energy is to blame.

It hurts the most when you realise you are a microcosm of the imbalance between masculine and feminine.

A teaching I was given during my Kahuna training was, “you should never be able to look at someone and know what they do by the state of their body”, or something like that, Kahuna, Abraham Kawai’i.

Our muscles should return to neutral once the requirement is over, releasing our bones into neutral alignment, returning space to the joints, and our whole body is being pulsed by our breath.

Bones are our strength and structure, muscle are for movement, and when we are working with the weight of gravity and the support of the earth, we are balanced energy, effortless strength in-joying the bliss of our thoughtless breath. All of our organ systems are functioning optimally as our nervous system energy flows between states to suit the situation.

Subconscious Muscle Tension (muscles overriding bones) is something we are not aware we are holding, but holding it we are and this creates the vibration of the language of control and fear. We have created this and we were gifted it from our parents, we carry it forward from past lives. We are locked in the language of control and fear, which is what we recognise and what we attract, and what we are vibing out into the world.

I think, be like the trees!

I saw a yogi.bryan post on Instagram that said, breathe in the love and light and breathe out the frizzle frazzle… WTF??? This is how backward the world is, look around, there is enough frizzle frazzle out there, so how about we remember we are nature, we are like the trees, and when we remember we are the technology we seek, we can absorb the frizzle frazzle (CO2, trees inhale), and alchemise it into decency, equality, acceptance for all (O2, trees exhale).

When we have the bliss of our thoughtless breath, we are functioning as the perfect, highest form of technology there is, and living from the abundance of our own unique being, we never have to protect ourselves from ‘negative energies’, because we aren’t any.

But, backward is the breath of all the long term Yogi’s I have worked with. Not because Yoga has caused that, but because backward is the breath of the general population, which is held backward by subconscious muscle tension that our mind then attempts to overrun (by choosing breathwork), so now our mind and body is at war, just to be alive.

The body on my massage table that is ‘breathing’, is the most stressed and tense body, there is no release in a body with a long, calm, controlled exhale.

So our fight to breathe is our very existence. Our belief that there are negative and positive ways of being is so out of balance, and the seeking of positive feeds into the imbalance.

We are breath, we are the seasons, we are flow between states.

Everything is energy, and it moves in waves.

Fight is the current base line of our being human, whilst we are seeking healing. Judgement fuels the fight, and judgement of our breath is the deepest way we create this state.

What do we do to let the breath start functioning well?

Observe without judgement.

Unconditionally accept and love the rhythm of your breath, which means no expectations for how it should be.

When we are a body at war internally, our breath should be short and fast. Accept it.

Full self-respect for your range of motion, which is impacted by your subconscious muscle tension, and these limits impact your breath, they are linked to an out of balance nervous system energy that has got you to this point.

Feel the breathlessness, let yourself be moved by your breath, as the nervous system directs it based on the information received from your innate intelligence, which is the only part of you capable of assessing all the relevant variables from your internal environment (inside your skin) and your external environment.

Get out of your head, your mind is not capable of making your body function, no one’s mind is, and science still doesn’t have the full understanding of how we function.

Science knows cool stuff, but it hasn't caught up with how cool each and every one of us is.

What do I wear for Maia Movement?

Soft clothes that you can move in, no underwire bra, no tight elastic, nothing firm... you will be lying on the floor and going through some large joint rotations, so soft pants are goo.

Can you help with anxiety?

Yes! Maia Bodywork gives you some time where your nervous system is soothed, and tensions released, taking the pressure off, almost like giving you a break... and if you want long term results, Maia Movement guides you to release your own tension, in motion, in any situation, so that you are not living with anxiety, but able to listen and understand the feeling of anxiety as it comes up (which is should).

What style of massage is Maia Bodywork?

I started Kahuna training in 2008, which led to Kahuna Bodywork training. Maia Bodywork is flowing massage that works with your limits, bringing them to awareness whilst nurturing a feeling of safety, this allows you release long held tensions, opening up for a deep massage as you are ready.

The physical limits are linked to emotional-mental-spiritual limits activated by past experiences, to release tensions, physically aligning will soften emotional memories, open your mind and cleanse your spirit.

Can Maia Movement help with specific health conditions?

Yes, my health story includes autoimmune, thyroid that is hereditary, as well as heart conditions, reproductive health, ovarian cysts, adhesions, digestive health, circulation problems, erratic emotions, anxiety, exhaustion, tingling hands and feet, EMF sensitivity, light sensitivity, people sensitivity... general instability, UTI's, kidney issues, adrenal fatigue, anaemia... all of these issues are no longer active in me

I did not change my diet, I do not take any supplements or medications (natural or pharmaceutical), I have no restrictions... because what happens when that options is no longer available?

I do still get treatments & take herbal therapies when I get a little stuck, but these times are now years apart, and with the internal intelligence you awaken with Maia Movement, these choices are to teach me more about myself, allowing me to go deeper, releasing the current layer.

How often do I need to do Maia Movement?

In the beginning, every day for 20 minutes, but once you understand how you function, and you are making refinements upright, in motion, you are in a place where you are not draining your energy, or causing inflammation or degradation.

Each movement becomes an energy pump, as you live in dynamic integration with earth force and gravity, everything you do becomes nourishing.
